Energy Auditing and Feasibility Studies
REAL Engineering Services conducts ASHRAE Level 1, 2 and 3 energy audits for office buildings, K-12 schools, higher education campuses, healthcare facilities, residential high rise buildings and industrial facilities. REAL ECS can also provide clients with energy feasibility studies to identify critical information needed to make an educated decision about a particular energy or infrastructure improvement opportunity, relevant risks and options.
Energy Modeling
REAL Engineering Services is dedicated to provide computational analysis and simulation of existing facilities via various whole building energy simulators (such as Trane Trace 3D, Carrier HAP, Energy Plus). REAL Engineering helps clients make informed decisions regarding energy performance of existing buildings, feasibility of capital improvements and acceptance for LEED® certification and compliance with Energy Codes.
Energy Master Planning
REAL Engineering Services can provide assistance with developing Energy Master Planning Services for various types of clients and consulting agencies in order to develop and document strategic vision for the use, management and development of energy sources and relevant assets.
LEED Consulting and Sustainability Services
Our LEED Accredited Professionals will seamlessly integrate with any construction project team or facility management team to provide assistance in developing viable sustainable design, operation and maintenance strategies into new construction and existing buildings. We will work with the facility owners, design teams and contractors at each step of the way from pre-design meetings through the construction and commissioning. We will assist in preparation and submission of the online documentation to achieve LEED certification.
